Our Governing Body is looking for committed people to join The Clifton Hampden's CE Primary School’s Governing Board as Co-opted Governors.
We have a number of vacancies in the co-opted governor category and would welcome applications from people with experience in:
* Human Resources
* Legal (Paralegal, Solicitor etc)
* Health and Safety
We believe that part of what helps our school to thrive is our close links with the wider community and we benefit from a wealth of voluntary support in various forms.
One-to-One reading & story time: We are always looking for reading volunteers to come along and listen to our children read, or to read a story to one of our class at the end of the school day.
Forest School: Mrs Campbell leads weekly Forest School sessions at Long Wittenham and is always happy to welcome a volunteer to join the team and get involved with their outdoors activities.
There is no expectation from the school to commit long term to a volunteer role, we appreciate all the support we receive in this form. Some of our volunteers come once a month, some weekly, some just on the odd occasion that they have the time to spare. Contact the school office if you would be interested.
